1. Account & eligibility

You must provide accurate business information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Subscription service

DUUKA is a subscription-based business management platform. Creating an account activates access to your dashboard. Full platform features require an active subscription. Pricing and plans may change with notice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt operations, or use DUUKA for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of your business data. You grant DUUKA permission to process that data to provide the service. We apply reasonable security measures; you remain responsible for backups of critical records where required by your business.

5. Payments

Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan. Failed payments may result in limited access until resolved. Ad wallet deposits and related balances are handled separately within the platform.

6. Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DUUKA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of DUUKA after changes means you accept the revised terms.
